Executive owner of enterprise technology, data, and analytics governance across a 17-location behavioral health system. Consolidated three teams, reducing overhead by 30% while modernizing a multimillion-dollar IT portfolio.

I have built operating models, performance management systems, and enterprise governance from scratch inside organizations where hiring was frozen, budgets were tight, and political complexity was high.
