Ingredients
- 1 pound grass-fed ground beef
- 1 pound Italian seasoned ground turkey I used Jennie-O
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oat flour I just blend my oats in a food processor or blender
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 dash crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee for greasing the pan
Servings: loaf
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking pan with coconut oil or butter.
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure to mix well so that the egg and seasonings are evenly dispersed.
- On a cutting board, or in the baking pan, form the meat into a football shaped ball.
- Place the meatloaf pan in the oven and bake for 1-1.5 hours.
