Instructions
  1. Put your oats, water, pumpkin, spices and Chia seeds in a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute. Take bowl out of microwave and add in egg whites, syrup and more cinnamon if necessary.
  3. Place it back in the microwave for 1-1.5 minutes.
  4. Top it crushed pecans and pumpkin seeds and ENJOY!
