Chia Seeds

Canned Pumpkin
Can use fresh if you have it

Pure Maple Syrup

Cinnamon

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Crushed Pecans & Raw Pumpkin Seeds
For Topping
Instructions
Put your oats, water, pumpkin, spices and Chia seeds in a bowl and stir to combine.
Microwave for 1 minute. Take bowl out of microwave and add in egg whites, syrup and more cinnamon if necessary.
Place it back in the microwave for 1-1.5 minutes.
Top it crushed pecans and pumpkin seeds and ENJOY!
