Ingredients

pound
grass-fed ground beef
1
pound
Italian seasoned ground turkey
I used Jennie-O
1/2
onion, diced
1
egg
1/4
cup
oat flour
I just blend my oats in a food processor or blender
2-3
cloves
garlic, minced

tsp
Black Pepper
1
tsp
Garlic Powder
1
dash
crushed red pepper

tsp
onion powder

tbsp
coconut oil or ghee
for greasing the pan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking pan with coconut oil or butter.
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure to mix well so that the egg and seasonings are evenly dispersed.
On a cutting board, or in the baking pan, form the meat into a football shaped ball.
Place the meatloaf pan in the oven and bake for 1-1.5 hours.
