Servings: bars
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray or coconut oil.
  2. Combine honey, almond milk, almond butter and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Mix well so that all the ingredients blend together to form a smooth (watery) consistency.
  3. In a larger bowl, combine oats, flaxseed, protein powder, cinnamon, salt, and the nuts & seeds. Stir up until everything is well combined.
  4. Pour your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients and mix well. Once everything is combined, gently fold in your chocolate chips. Pour completed mixture evenly into the pan and press down firmly to pack down the batter.
  5. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. Let them cool completely and cut into 12 bars.
Recipe Notes
And then you eat them up and love it! I cut them into squares and then individually wrap them in saran wrap and store them in the refrigerator to keep them fresh.
