As your Health Coach, I create a supportive environment without diet rules, calorie restrictions or off-limit foods that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. I use Mindfulness and Intuitive Eating principles to guide you in re-discovering what works best for your body.

We’ve all been there before – searching for the next diet that will finally get us to that “goal” weight where everything will be perfect and we’ll never have to worry about weight again, right?  Ha.  Well, luckily enough (yes, luckily – check out my story) that never worked out too well for me.  All it led to were obsessive food thoughts and hours upon hours spent dwelling over and tirelessly counting calories, carbs, fats, proteins, calculating my day around meal times and an endless list of ‘should and shouldn’ts’. So, instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, which we all know leads to the ever dreaded “diet circle”, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy, balanced life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial, discipline and does NOT include any daily meals filled with steamed chicken and broccoli (unless, of course, that is what you love and choose)  🙂

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.  We will cultivate a life you love by focusing on those other areas of life that ultimately shape your beliefs and your relationship with food – physical activity, spirituality, career and relationships.
